We’ve been waiting for the Canon EOS R5 mirrorless full-frame camera for months now, and glad to see it’s finally releasing at the end of July, all with some incredible specs including a 45Mp sensor and UltraHD 8K movie capabilities. But it’s the new EOS R6 mirrorless that we knew less about - it appears to have merged the 6D Mk II and 7D Mk II to create a fast full-framer. Both full-frame R5 and R6 cameras are blessed with the all-new Dual Pixel CMOS AF II with deep learning AF and new Animal AF capability, new IBIS (In-Body Image Stabilisation), they can also capture images at 20fps with the electronic shutter, and 12fps via the mechanical shutter.
