Smoky Loaded Hot Dogs

No BBQ is complete without hot dogs! Get ahead by making the sausages up to four days in advance, and simply cook on the BBQ when ready to serve. Load up with all your favourite toppings and make sure you have plenty of napkins!
For the sausages:
• 300g pressed, smoked tofu, drained and cubed
• 160ml (⅔ cup) water
• 2 tbsp mild flavoured oil
