The 2018 edition of the Rok Cup International Finals also goes into the archives in the best possible way. This year, like every year, the extremely high number of drivers animated the four-day competition. 441 participants from 51 nations, including 149 Mini Rok drivers. Year after year, the Rok Cup by Vortex demonstrates how karting opens borders, so as to bring together a true and proper “army” in a single race weekend. An event acknowledged by all as one of the world’s best, especially for its organization and high degree of competitiveness. A just and proper crowning after the various continental Rok seasons that, in a number of ways, had already provided a preview of what was to come at the Lonato weekend. The Rok Cup International Final met expectations now generated season after season, raising the bar for the upcoming races on the calendar even higher. The “Rok The Rio” event in Las Vegas at the end of October is now imminent, and for the race in Lonato, Vortex offered all winners participation in the American race with: an engine for their respective category, registration at the event and Bridgestone tires (for the race).
