SUPPORT PROGRAM
Having commenced our schedule outside of the icy European winter, first stop was race support and technical training days in the UAE followed by the opening round of the Rotax ProTour series Down Under in Australia in January, together with RMC events in Thailand and Oman in February. This month, we visit Lebanon in cooperation with the local FIA to support the development of young kart drivers in the region, while attending several of the RMC events in the EU and UK. Last season proved very successful for our support team, which was reflected by our extensive network of distributors and dealers, focused on better connecting with many of our customers around the globe. As our first ‘official’ year establishing a comprehensive program to reach out directly to more of the vast Rotax community, we aimed to isolate the needs and most significant challenges faced by our different customers in the field. This enabled us to further adapt our own analysis of issues they encounter, in order to provide more accurate diagnosis to assist with on track progress and results. In addition, the opportunity to support and communicate on a more personal level offers the chance to share both ideas and experiences to members of our network. Our team of specialists is continuing to grow as we define the current demands, bringing together the necessary people to support our customers so as to ensure they have a good understanding and knowledge of using the Rotax products in the best way possible.”
