Laurie is a busy mum/ stepmum and co-founder of The Natural Deodorant Co, which she set up five years ago with her exhusband. She works from home and has to combine long hours and running around looking after the children, but she tries to fit training and running in at least five or six days a week. Laurie sees fitness as essential self-care, both for her body and her wellbeing, so she tries to prioritise it. She recently got a puppy so that’s been the perfect opportunity to get her exercise in!
