Alternating Current is a boutique, independent press with an editorial team who like work with ‘an innate sense of self, timelessness, and atmosphere’. They ‘love science, history, homebound roots, rural landscapes, poetic literary fiction, diverse voices, and all that is electric in the literary world.’ They are open for submissions of novels and novellas, and have a long list of anthologies needing submissions as well as a literary magazine, The Coil.
