Bad habits
There are a number of self-sabotaging habits and many of us are guilty of them without even realising it. To do well in competition we know it is essential to prepare mentally and physically yet we may find ourselves procrastinating, turning up late for training, not checking out courses in advance, eating or drinking things we know are not healthy, not pushing outside our comfort zones or talking negatively to ourselves. All of these things go against our own best interests, diminish our confidence, create unfavorable circumstances and minimise our chances of hitting our goals.
