Displayed in the Grand Tourisme class for French GT and sports cars, this Alpine A310 was used as a development car for the De Lorean DMC-12. Looking to develop a fuel-injection system for its stainless-steel coupé, DMC bought four A310s, which shared the same PRV V6 engine, as test mules. This is the only one still running, and still powered by a De Lorean version of the V6. That level of commitment to a piece of history made it a worthy winner of our Editor’s Choice award.
