Welcome to the October issue of Britain’s best-selling motorhome magazine, which is packed with inspirational travel ideas, news on the latest motorhomes and unrivalled motorhome tests. We also dissect and test the latest motorhome gadgets to see if they’re worth parting with your cash for, as well as offering expert guidance and tips on everything from motorhome DiY to fitting the latest digital radios.
This issue looks in detail at what new models are coming next year. Interestingly, not only are 2013 models now being launched, but many manufacturers are holding the prices at 2012 levels, while others are adding extra equipment at no extra cost. But most exciting of all is that the Continental manufacturers are reducing sterling prices thanks to the falling value of the euro.
But as almost half of you will be buying a second-hand motorhome next rather than a new one, we have worked to ensure MMM now contains more information on buying used motorhomes. For example, we take an in-depth look at what’s currently on the market – from budget second-hand campers to high-end nearly-new A-class motorhomes. As many of you will buy your next motorhome from a dealer, you’ll be very interested in this issue, in which we carry news that the National Caravan Council is launching a new standard for motorhome dealers. This code will require dealers to work to a higher standard than that required under the law.
