Outdoor Photography  |  June 2009
June is a fabulous month. Following the dewy, shy days of spring that carry new life here and there on the wind and rain, the sun comes charging out this month, lighting the way for long days of walking and taking photographs. My favourite photographic subjects are mountains and lakes. After drooling over Richard Child’s fantastic wild Scottish landscape images in this month’s interview (on page 6) I’m inspired to get out there and take some dramatic landscapes of my own. Rather than head up to Scotland, I’ve booked a holiday and am off to revel in another of Britain’s fine landscapes, the Lake District.
