Parchment Craft  |  August 2011
As always, there’s a fantastic collection of card designs. They promote the many techniques within the craft and the patterns can be adapted to suit the ability to which you work at and for the occasion for which they are required.
One of my favourite card designs can be found on page 12. Submitted by Kannikar Sukersee, her card features a brilliantly embossed sakura plant. It’s surrounded by a very simple, yet very elegant grid work pattern and dorsed on the reverse with tones which compliment her card inserts.
Besides the card designs, I’ve also selected a couple of pieces which I believe will look great within an aperture, and mounted inside a frame. Plus, I’ve included a couple of three dimensional projects, one of which will look fabulous on your desk.
