Who or what is a Panican?

l A panican is a rare breed of marine bird found only in the former Gulf of Mexico (now the Golf of Trump). It is a cross between a pelican and a pangolin, a sort of flying armadillo, and is known for its thick skin and its alarming squawk. The native peoples of Peru drew a giant Panican on the desert plains of Nazdaq, which experts believe signifies great misfortune and imminent catastrophe. You can see the panican from outer space.
