DANCERS came from near and far to join Tarbert Loch Fyne Scottish Country Dance Club on a hot evening.
Despite the heat at the club’s annual dance on May 6, everyone danced the night away to excellent music from Susan MacFadyen and her sister.
Club members provided an excellent finger buffet.
The Tarbert club has now finished holding regular weekly evenings, but will be dancing on the third Wednesday of each month throughout the summer, beginning in June. Anyone wishing to come along will be most welcome – just turn up on the night at the Village Hall, Tarbert.
The evenings run from 7.30 until 9.30pm. Dancing takes place to music on CD and there is a short interval for tea and biscuits. All dances are called and walked through, and there is always plenty of help available for anyone who is completely new to Scottish country dancing.
