Day to day, there’s lots of people management and talking to customers, as well as keeping my knowledge up to date so I can provide the best advice. As well as being store manager, I’m the training champion for Northern Ireland which means ensuring the region’s product knowledge is the best in the company – at 24 years old, I’m pretty proud of that!
