EDINBURGH’S CASTLE IN THE CLOUDS
Like a fairytale come true, Edinburgh Castle and the Scott Monument emerge from the mist in this dramatic photograph taken from the nearby Salisbury Crags.
Local photographer Adam Bulley spotted the magical scene, caused by the haar (sea fog) rolling in from the North Sea to envelop the city, and decided to brave the weather. “I was in the house and looking out the window; the conditions looked fantastic”, he said. “I got to the Crags and I could see it had all come together.
