Practical Fishkeeping  |  Practical Fishkeeping February 2023
Though it reads February on the cover, I’m writing this at the very start of January. From the point of view of the magazine, 2022 was really good—many new writers joined the PFK fold, and I for one thoroughly enjoyed the spread of features we were able to run. From a hobby and industry perspective, things could certainly have been better though, if not only for the soaring fuel costs. Still, 2023 is a new year, I’m sure will come with new challenges, but will also come with a fresh set of awards.
I need to apologise to one new writer. Last month I credited an Aulonocara feature to Liam Roberts, but it turned out I had a mix-up of my Liams. The true author was in fact new contributor Liam Stanley who we’re proud to have as a new member of our stable of contributors.
This issue we welcome two more new writers in the form of Chris Wilson and Christoper Slee, who have taught me all about L095 catfish and Erythrinus respectively. What a treat!
