Ex-Saracens prop on way to Waratahs

FORMER Saracens loosehead Hayden Thompson-Stringer is joining the ever-growing list of former Premiership players who will be plying their trade in Super Rugby next season. The 28-yearold, above, made 30 appearances for Sarries, including their 2019 Premiership Rugby Cup Final defeat to arch-rivals Northampton Saints when he came off the bench in the 23-9 defeat. He left North London soon afterwards for Top 14 outfit Brive and continued to play for them until his contract ran out this summer, and he had a spell on loan to La Rochelle. Thompson-Stringer has signed up to join the NSW Waratahs next season.
