Ifyou’re a regular listener, you’ll know that we love the outdoors, especially when there’s food and friends involved. We both have a passion for trying new dishes, including foods from around the world that are packed with zingy flavours and a host of fresh ingredients.
A few of our recent must-tries include salsa verde sans anchovies (spread liberally over new potatoes or tofu skewers), flat rice noodles with watermelon, roasted peanuts and lime and homemade falafel with baba ghanoush.
