Stuart Nicholson of Galahad
The great and good of progressive music give us a glimpse into their prog worlds.
As told to Grant Moon
Where’s home?
Deepest Dorset.
Your earliest prog memory?
Hearing Genesis’ Selling England By The Pound as a teenager, while I was a little drunk under a pool table at a friend’s house. It was just so different to anything I had heard before and I loved it straight away, still do now.
The first prog album you bought?
Barclay James Harvest And Other Short Stories from The Generation Gap in Ferndown in 1977 - the year I really started listening to a lot of prog.
