HOW TO MAKE... MINCE PIE CUPCAKES
These sweet treats are a must-bake this festive season. All the yumminess of a classic Christmassy mince pie, but in a cake!

This technique requires you to cut out the middle of your cupcake and fill it with sweet mincemeat. Once you have that technique down, it’s really easy to customise it for any theme or flavour you’d like. Fill it with sweeties, little chocolates like Smarties, mini M&M’s, or even a creamy filling such as Nutella or Biscoff spread. You can hide whatever you like under the buttercream swirl, so feel free to use your imagination to surpriseyourguests!
