RUBY TANDOH’S KOREAN-INSPIRED RICE BOWL
STEP 1 Rinse the rice several times under cold running water. Place in a large, heavy-based pan with 550ml water. Set over a medium-high heat and bring to the boil. Turn the heat to low and put on a lid. Cook for 10 mins, then turn off the heat, leaving the lid on. Let the rice steam for 30 mins.
STEP 2 Turn the oven on to a very low heat. As you prepare each component in steps 3 to 6, place in the oven to keep warm.
