HOW DO I UNFREEZE FILES WHEN IT CAN’T OPEN A FILE?
On recent iPhones without a Home button, swipe up from the foot of the screen to pause in the middle and display open apps. Select Files from among them and swipe that up to close it. On older models with a Home button, double–press that button to display open apps first.
