GOING DUTCH AGAIN: GB Railfreight Class 73, No. 73119 has been repainted into British Rail Civil Engineers colours, which it first carried in the early 1990s. Nicknamed ‘Dutch’ livery because of its resemblance to the grey and yellow used on some locomotives in the Netherlands (including the NS Class 1500, ex-BR EM2s), No. 73119 was repainted at St Leonards Railway Engineering and is seen leaving the works on June 5 with No. 73109 Battle of Britain 80th Anniversary, bound for Tonbridge West Yard. No. 73119 previously carried the same colours as its GBRf classmate and the name Borough of Eastleigh.
