I used to be obsessed with car boot sales. From a very young age I would enjoy either trawling through them looking for stuff or even selling when I was about 17. I get the love for tat from my dad. Now long since gone, my dad was obsessed with, well, crap. He worked in the props department at the BBC which meant all manner of treasures would be brought home. My Grifter used to belong to Grange Hill’s Pogo Patterson and we once had a Dalek in our lock up.
