Vegan Life Magazine August 2017 Edición anterior

English
30 Reseñas   •  English   •   Food & Drink (Vegetarian & Vegan)
Welcome to the August Issue of Vegan Life. The vegan message is continuing to build momentum and our voices are becoming louder. In Vegan View this month we talk to Ed Winters about Surge’s Animal Rights March in London this September and his hopes for animal activism.

We also have an inspirational interview with What the Health co-director Kip Andersen. Kip was fantastic to interview — very relaxed, honest and chatty. We spoke to him about his new film and what he has coming up in the future. If you haven’t seen What the Health yet, it is definitely worth putting some time aside to do so.

Inside you will find features on pearl farming, the environmental value of electric vehicles and an overview of the vital, but undervalued, vitamin B12. We also have a focus on dog adoption this month. Shocking numbers of dogs are being abandoned at rehoming centres and we explore how adopting a companion can change their life, and yours, for the better.

As we enter the last month of the summer, we need to embrace this wonderful season wholeheartedly. In this issue we are showing you how easy it is to make your own vegan ice cream and frozen yoghurt. Your neighbours will have serious food envy when they see you cooling off with our recipe for home-made vegan pistachio ice cream!

We also have introduced a new feature this month. We love scrolling through your pictures of the magazine, recipes you have made from Vegan Life and your vegan adventures so we have decided to feature a few of our favourites. Why not try and get your picture published in the next issue? To be featured tag @veganlife_mag on Instagram and Twitter, @veganlifemagazine on Facebook or email Olivia@primeimpact.co.uk.

Have a great month and we look forward to seeing you in September!

This magazine changed my life!

Vegan Life magazine fills me with inspiration and hope. The articles are well written and very informative. I only went vegan last January and since then have learned so much, not just about food but lifestyle, clothing, make up, cleaning products, who knew there was so many areas where animals are exploited. I love making the recipes in the magazine can can honestly say I have made almost all of them. Thank you Vegan Life Team, keep up the great work. Revisado 18 septiembre 2019

Fantastic mag

I love this mag especially as I believe it's the only one actually written and run by a vegan team so for me it has authenticity. The tone of the articles is spot on and the recipes easy to follow. Some very good daily advise for those jst starting out or anyone wanting to go from just a food perspective to embrace the whole culture and lifestyle. Revisado 08 enero 2019

Love it!

By far the best vegan mag on the block. My whole family love the diversity of articles and great recipes. The magazine helped me to go vegan and stay vegan. Since subscribing we must have cooked all the recipes and read every issue cover to cover. A very inspiring read, Love it! Revisado 14 junio 2018

Best vegan magazine

This is my favourite vegan magazine. It has a good mix of different things: interviews, articles, recipes, product reviews, etc. I find other similar magazines focus too much on just recipes but I like the balance this magazine has. Revisado 03 junio 2017

Relevant information

I love this magazine, much cheaper on the iPad than in the shop, I think all the articles are very informative and is very encouraging for those that lead a vegan lifestyle! Revisado 03 abril 2015
