I’m just going to preface this whole thing by saying I’m one of those ‘weird eaters’. I get fixated on one thing for weeks at a time (currently sundried tomatoes), so for breakfast I ate, like, two boxes of them with loads of vegan cheese (I’ve just discovered Daiya) and then I had the same for lunch. And then, I had that again for dinner BUT in a salad, so maybe that’s a bit healthier?
