Are you vegan but struggling with your weight? Are you having trouble shifting those stubborn pounds? There is a bit of a misconception out there that all vegans are skinny, or that if you go vegan, the weight will just fall off. In some cases, this may be true, but as with any way of eating there is a healthy and unhealthy way to do it.
Nowadays, there is a wide variety of vegan convenience foods coming on the market, but as nice as it is to have so many options, just because it has vegan written on it does not make it healthy. Many of these foods, like vegan cheese, ice cream, margarine, crisps, sweets, creamy sauces and mayonnaises are great to have available as a treat, but if you eat foods like these on a daily basis, you will likely gain weight or struggle to lose weight.
