Vintage Trucks & Commercials  |  Mar/Apr 2019
Issue #52 of Vintage Trucks & Commercials Magazine continues to serve its mission of 'preserving Australia's Transport History' with a collection of articles to entice all tastes. This issue, we cover the heritage rally at Allora, Go deep in the history of 'Alec Ireland - Kenworth Man' and continue a popular section from last issue, with a snowy version of 'Truckie with a Camera' as well Behn's BIG Loads with his Bedford/Mack prime mover.
We have part two of 'Tasmanian Searoads' and show how this growing transport company developed its secondary base in Melbourne and was more than just about transport. Other features in this issue are 'Diamond on the Hill' about a beautiful restoration to a Diamond T. We cover Geoff Smith's relationship with his evolving Foden S20 and an interesting article on a rare 1942 Ford Marmon-Herrington, A farewell to Alan Lever, and Models in 1/43 Scale of Sydney City Buses from the of the tram era.
As always we have the usual features of trucking events coming up around the country, news and letters from interested readers, Truck Art and the Classifieds section where a host of trucks and others items are up for sale.
