Did you realise that you have a coach on your wrist? Garmin Coach is housed in the Garmin Connect app and has ready-made training programmes for 5K, 10K and half marathon. You can choose which level you’d like to train at; beginner, intermediate or advanced – and you can then sync the workouts to your watch so that you can tick them off one at a time.
To find the training plans, go to the Training and Planning option in the Garmin Connect menu and then select Training Plans. There are options for running and cycling, so to find a running plan, click on Run.
