Ahead of a special meeting of North Ayrshire Council (NAC), next Tuesday, the Labour group leader has laid out his statement of intent in a bid to form the next administration.
This follows the decision by the SNP to give up control following the by-election defeat of first minister Nicola Sturgeon’s father Robin.
Kilwinning councillor, Joe Cullinane was elected to lead the Labour group last Friday when its former leader, Ardrossan and Arran Councillor Peter McNamara, stepped down.
