EATS SHOULD BE TREATS
I’m a foodie and love trying new things. I strive to find a balance between eating well for performance and enjoying my food. I follow a highprotein diet to keep fuelled for rugby training and it’s easy to slip into the habit of always eating the same things. I try to be creative. I take the elements – protein, potatoes and green veg, for example – and make a tasty stir-fry or curry. It’s better than having everything steamed and sitting individually on a plate
