A Fort William supermarket worker was ordered to be of good behaviour when he appeared at the town’s Sheriff court last week.
Kamil Borowka, 34, of the town’s High Street, pleaded guilty to behaving in a threatening or abusive manner toward his ex-partner, the mother of his child, at her home on Lochaber Road, Fort William, on Monday July 15.
The court heard that Borowka, who has lived in Fort William for six years, banged on the door and window of the house and then waiting outside before confronting her outside the house, when he stuck his foot out to stop the wheels of the pram in which the child was sitting. He further admitted to shouting at the woman from his car as she walked down Lochaber Road before he drove off.
