OBAN’S Argyllshire Gathering Halls were the venue for this year’s Argyll Convention, an annual church gathering that attracts leading speakers on a variety of subjects. It is now in its fifth year and has grown in popularity.
Led by people from several denominations, it is designed as an event for anyone as well as bringing together Christians from across the churches. This year saw people come from as far afield as Aberdeen and Germany, Skye and Manchester.
Under the theme Finding Meaning in a Meaningless World, the speakers gave a mix of information and advice.
