Vegan Living UK  |  Vegan Living UK 12
In our cosy, warming November issue, our main food focus is 'filling and cheering', where we feature five glorious stews and casseroles, and one tear and share bread you can easily make yourself. Our favourite eco-uncle Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall also makes an appearance with a beautifully creamy pear and celery soup and new ways with autumn mushrooms, and we haven't overlooked bonfire night - make our vegan treacle toffee, bonfire apples and chocolate firecracker chilli to make the night go with a bang.
Now's also the time for students heading off to cook alone, so our easy, nutritious recipes for vegan students should help soak up some of the booze, er, knowledge! Talking of 'alone' we've taken a good look at what it's like when you're the only vegan around - whether that's in your family, flatshare or village - and found excellent tips and recipes to keep you satisfied. There's also a delicious trip to Prague, top tips on eating out, fashion, health, beauty and the chance to win a seaside break! Enjoy the issue.
