NADIA: MARRIAGE TORMENT
Loose Women star Nadia Sawalha and her director husband Mark Adderley
have opened up in a frank chat about their marriage. And it sounds like their relationship can sometimes prove very difficult, after Mark revealed there are times when he pushes Nadia away. The duo, who married in 2002, have been revealing all on their new YouTube series called How Are You Feeling?, where Mark has opened up about his battle with depression and alcoholism. In their latest video, the couple reveal the effect his illness has had and still has on their marriage. In the incredibly honest account, Mark, 46, said he often finds himself feeling so low he creates a gulf between them. ‘I’ve gone through my most self-loathing week,’ he tells Nadia as they talk to the camera. ‘I’ve gone through hating myself so much, finding myself so undesirable, I’ve alienated you, I pushed you away. I’ve just felt like a festering, dark creature.’
