3 ways with... soy sauce
• For butterscotch sauce with a twist, place 75ml double cream, 75g butter and 50g Demerara sugar in a small pan. Heat gently until the butter has melted and the sugar has dissolved. turn up the heat and bring to the boil, and let it bubble for a minute. remove from heat and carefully stir in 2-3 teaspoons of Kikkoman Soy Sauce. allow to cool before pouring over your favourite ice cream.
