I’ve ordered a subscription when will it start?
Subscriptions start from the first new issue released after you take out your subscription. On the iPad and iPhone if the latest issue is not already in your account and you have purchased a recurring/ time-based subscription (e.g. 12 months, not 12 issues) then the latest issue will be added to your account. If you have purchased an issue based subscription (e.g. 12 issues) or a back issue bundle on an android device, iPad or iPhone then these can be used on any issues which have already been released simply by clicking on the issue price and selecting Yes when prompted to use a credit. If you would like to use some of your subscription as ‘credits’ for back issues on the PC/ Mac please contact help@pocketmags.com with your username (email) and which issues you would like.
