Applied Arts recognizes its 30th anniversary year with a new masthead, tagline and look. The March/April 2016 30th anniversary edition is the first from our new design directors at award-winning Toronto-based studio Tung. It includes a massive retrospective on 30 ways the creative services industry has improved and changed, along with significant work from our awards archive that chronicles the best of the last three decades.
The issue marks the launch of two new yearlong features: Conversation, a mentorship series that connects a senior-level creative pro with two students in a related discipline; and Evolution, a history of a technological advancement that affected the creative industry.
