Pure Brass quintet perform in Brodick

Pure Brass who will be performing in Brodick next weekend.

Music Arran’s January concert will see one of the country’s top brass ensembles playing in Brodick Hall on Saturday January 19 at 2pm in a show featuring everything from showbiz classics to James Mac- Millan’s eclectic church music.

The Pure Brass quintet consists of Iain Archibald and Andrew Connell Smith, trumpets; Christopher Gough on horn; Christopher Mansfield playing trombone; and Danielle Price on tuba. The group was formed in 2006 at the Conservatoire in Glasgow, but now performs to critical acclaim throughout the UK.
