Sir,
Every day my sister and I walk my dog in the early morning along Fisherman’s Walk as far as Cladach and back and every day, without fail, we pick up at least one bag of rubbish and sometimes more.
In fact, on a recent morning we collected more than a dozen cans and bottles which had just been chucked by visitors on the verges beside the path between the green and the golf course. I know that we are not the only walkers who pick up rubbish on this route.
