After being caught up in the tragedy at the Ariana Grande concert in Manchester back in May, I struggled to get myself back up and running. But I’ve used my sport to help me deal with depression in the past, and, fortunately, remembered how helpful exercise can be for mental health — there’s a reason doctors recommend it to patients suffering from depression.
