THE ROTARY Club of Campbeltown celebrated the start of another Rotary year with the hand over to a new president.
A spokesperson said: ‘After the usual fine lunch, served by the Argyll Hotel, out-going president Alastair Cousin thanked members for their support during what had been probably the most diffi - cult year in the history of Rotary in Campbeltown.’
Secretary Jim Angus thanked Mr Cousin for his excellent leadership during the year and Mr Cousin handed the chain of office to the new president Margaret Bakes.
