Classic Motorcycle Mechanics  |  June 2016
Last month I babbled on about character and how it affects the way we look at classic motorcycles. This month’s issue seems to be
focusing on the darker side of that…
Two, maybe three bikes that feature in this issue can lay claim to be something of a handful – or at least back in the day. Kawasaki’s
fire-breathing H2 was a rip-snorting road rocket at launch: I remember my uncle gibbering about one and how it seized and almost threw him down the road.
Today it seems a tad more genteel… our own Steve Cooper tests three of the breed in our main test beginning on page 38, it really is a case of ‘The Good, The Bad and The Modified.’
