Welcome to the biggest ever issue of Dancing Times, which we shall also be giving away free to visitors attending the 2017 edition of MOVE IT, the dance exhibition that has become a mainstay in the UK’s dance calendar. It’s been quite a feat bringing 148 pages to you for March, but everyone at Dancing Times hopes you will enjoy the results.
This month, we encompass a huge variety of dance styles. These range from a behind the scenes look at Dancer, the new documentary film on Ukranian ballet dancer Sergei Polunin, to fi nding out about the cast and creatives working on the West End revival of 42nd Street. We also report back from the
2017 UK Open Dance Championship at Bournemouth, and reveal the winners of the 2016 Critics’ Circle National Dance Awards.
In other news, I am delighted to announce that finance manager Beverley King has become the new finance director of Dancing Times Ltd. We offer her many
congratulations on her promotion.
Finally, from next month the cover price of the magazine will increase to £3.95 – the first rise since October 2013. However, Dancing Times will continue to offer you all the very best from the world of dance. And don’t forget – our subscription rates remain the same, so why not take advantage of one of our excellent offers?

Dancing Times

I think more contemporary dance reviews and dance artists from this discipline are missing. I love the magazine, it only seems to cover mainly ballet and ballroom. Beoordeeld op 15 augustus 2020
