Auli’i Cravalho, who voiced Disney’s Moana, is playing a queer character in the new Hulu special, Crush, after coming out as bisexual on TikTok. When I saw the news it was yet another example of how TikTok is helping thousands of women realise they are not straight. Yes folx, the TikTok Lesbolution is upon us.

The queer scene on TikTok is immense. For a while, I wasn’t sure there was any other scene on TikTok.
From queer thirst traps, to LGBTQI couple goals accounts, and the iconic Lesbian fitcheck, queer TikTok is a panacea of rainbow goodness and horn-making content.
One comment that I have seen more than almost any other on Queer TikTok, except maybe the creative variations around “Please run me over with a Ferrari so that I can be killed by all things perfect and elegant”, is “Whelp, I thought I was straight and then I found TikTok.”
