Lockdown has given us an opportunity to ramp up our skincare regimes. The short answer to the question is: a lot. Regarded by dermatologists as the “gold standard of anti-ageing”, retinol is derived from vitamin A and speeds up cell turnover, giving your skin a much-needed boost as you get older.
