Even the brilliant blue sky was true to the colour theme of Jess Wright’s spectacular baby shower in London, where guests were celebrating with the mum-to-be at the renowned Shangri-La The Shard.
She may have been 35 storeys high with a panoramic view of the capital but Jess, who is expecting a baby boy in May, showed her down-to-earth side before guests arrived, slipping off her heels in favour of slippers to do a final check of the tables.
“I wanted everything to be perfect,” said the 36-year-old star as she invited hello! to exclusively cover the special occasion, attended by her closest friends and family – including her mum Carol, sister Natalya, and her sisters-in-law, actress Michelle Keegan (married to radio and TV presenter Mark Wright) and Hollie Kane Wright (who is wed to footballer Josh).
