Former England footballer Jill Scott may have hung up her boots last year, but she’s showing no signs of slowing down. The 36-year-old winner of last year’s I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! has teamed up with tea brand Tetley to create one million “That’s Better, That’s Tetley” moments, giving people across the UK a chance to focus on what matters most to them.
Research by Tetley reveals that 44% of us say they feel “bluer” than they did during the Covid-19 pandemic, but 57% say little things like having a cup of tea with friends improves their mood. The reigning queen of the jungle (who takes one sugar in her tea) says the campaign is about spreading joy and spending time with loved ones. “It’s so important, especially with the way the world is now – everybody seems to be so busy,” she says.
