The Intersphere have toyed with plenty of interesting ideas over the years, but they’re yet to nail a knockout record. Their sound is based on solid, Royal Bloodesque hard rock, with smatterings of prog, metal and pop. And while there are some forgettable tracks, the title track proves both catchy and proggy, Heads Will Roll is meaty and Muse-y and Who Wants To Deal With Death? opens with bright guitar not too dissimilar to the radiofriendly disco indie of Two Door Cinema Club. At its best, Wander has honed the balance between muscle and melody. ■■■■■■■■■■
