■ At about 6.50pm on Monday October 15, in Airds Crescent, Oban, a man aged 55 assaulted a woman. The man was subsequently traced, charged and issued with a recorded police warning.
■ At about 12.45am on Wednesday October 17, on the B8065 on Tiree, a man aged 22 was found in a vehicle that had left the road. The man was arrested for being in charge of the vehicleftwhile under the influence of alcohol and subsequently a blood sample was taken for analysis.
■ At about 11.30pm on Wednesday October 17, on the Corran Esplanade, Oban, a man aged 66 behaved in a racially abusive manner. He was arrested, charged, held for court and a report was submitted to the procurator fiscal.
